Will do List for 2012
1.    Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day (this 
is a lot for me as I normally don't drink any.)
2.    Take one day at a time. 
3.    Start doing at least 30 minutes of phyiscal 
activity every day, increasing this to 60 minutes x 5 days a week as time goes 
on.
4.    When I wake up in the morning, appreciate the 
fact that I am alive.
5.    Register for Johnny Miles 5k in 
June.
6.    Get under 200 lbs.
